Start with selecting your food preference, preferred cuisine and favourite foods so that we can build your taste profile to give you customized meal recommendations.

Custom Goal Setting

Set your goals as per your metabolic profile.

Based on your current BMI, your goal plans are recommended. We advise you to select the steady option unless you are in a hurry to achieve the goal as it requires more effort and commitment.

Custom Nutrition

Your nutrition targets suggested are completely personalized on the basis of your BMI, metabolic profile and the speed of the plan you choose. As per your goals and journey we suggest the daily calorie intake and meal composition (amount of carbohydrates, proteins and fats)

If you wish you can further customize the nutrition composition as per your choice and convenience.

The home screen gives you an access to the different modules of the app: personalized flip cards, meal planner, log activity, update weight as explained further.

Dynamic flip cards on the home screen give you constant update on your day progress, weekly progress, next recommended meal and recently logged meals to check your nutrition analytics which help to optimise your meal time food choices.

Meal planner

Meal planner is the heart of the app where you can log your meals and check your personalized meal recommendations and further check the scores and feedback for your logged meals.

The personalized recommendations get better over time as you continue to use the app

Now it’s time to track what you eat.

Our robust database includes various regional and international cuisines to choose from and track the nutrition details of what you eat. And if you don’t find a food item you are looking for just click the “Cant find it lets add it” button and we will take care of it.

It just takes a few seconds to log –

  • select the mealtime
  • add the food item with the help of the quick assistive search
  • select portion size and quantity.

We believe food is measured in cup and bowls and spoons. So unlike other food logging apps that measure foods in grams like 50g of bread or 30g of oats, bon happetee simplifies the food measures in standard measures of cups, bowls, spoons for the ease of making accurate estimates of the food eaten.

As you keep logging for a few days, you will see that the food items pop up in the ‘usuals’ list which makes it even faster and more convenient for you.

The moment you log your meal, you will view your meal score indicating the score of your meal as per your goals.

Each time you get a meal score of 9 or 10, we give you the option of sharing your meals with your friends. Go on, tell your friends what you ate and motivate them to eat healthy and tasty.

Fix Meals in a Second

This feature allows you to fix a particular meal with a score of less than 9 to help you make smarter choices. Many times, just by adding an item or adjusting the portion size can get to you to a better score, that too in a second.

This feature works best for you when you plan your meals ahead so that you have a scope to optimize and fix it.
