    • Strategic Training for Experienced Professionals

      We are pleased to announce the launch of the Citi Strategic Training for Experienced Professionals Program within Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory (BCMA). This program is aimed at recruiting underrepresented professionals from backgrounds outside of institutional client advisory and capital markets. This is a unique opportunity for individuals interested in making a transition into the financial industry, and specifically into BCMA. The program will take participants through an exciting and intensive five-month training program to help develop the skills needed to be successful in banking. Following successful completion of the training, participants will have the opportunity to join an incoming Associate class.

      IBRC is a critical and growing part of Citi, focused on identifying, measuring, monitoring and mitigating the key risks impacting our Institutional Clients businesses, including our lending, banking and services organizations as well as the functional groups who support them, and leveraging data to understand and articulate potential issues and trends.

    • Leveraged Portfolio Group (LPG)

      LPG is an integral part of Citi's credit approval and origination process for Leveraged Finance transactions, as well as ongoing credit monitoring framework for Citi's Leveraged Finance Portfolio of client relationships, both Sponsor-backed and Corporates. LPG plays a critical role in the ongoing evaluation of the clients' financial health and credit profile, allowing Citi to effectively manage its exposure against clients with highly leveraged credit structure.

    Global Spread Products Financing & Securitization (GSP F&S) provides innovative capital solutions to a broad range of clients ranging from corporates, asset managers, institutional investors, governments and non-profits across the credit, municipal and securitized markets. GSP F&S is comprised of fifteen businesses who engage in traditional Investment Banking strategies (managing client relationships and helping to develop strategic and tactical capital plans) along with asset-based financial structuring and targeted capital markets activities including syndication and distribution.

    A two-day symposium hosted at Citi's Global Headquarters in New York City designed for undergraduate freshmen and sophom*ores attending HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities). The Symposium serves as an introductory experience focused on helping freshmen and sophom*ores of diverse backgrounds understand financial services, gain technical skills and kickoff their career planning process.

    An exclusive five-week virtual program focused on identifying, mentoring and hiring diverse talent. The program pairs each participant with a mentor and provides them access to virtual trainings, panels and seminars given by Citi professionals. Program participants are eligible for an expedited interview process for our summer analyst programs.

  • Sophom*ore Leadership Program

    The Sophom*ore Leadership Program provides exceptional sophom*ore students with a ten-week summer internship in New York City. The program offers interns training, mentorship and exposure to different businesses within Citi's Institutional Clients Group.
