@TucsonRomero anything you can do about the internet service from @CoxComm in the downtown Tucson area? We've had intermittent connectivity issues for almost a month. It's causing issues for students and employees attempting to work from home, and Cox will not help.

So @CoxComm billed my credit card $0.00, my credit card didn’t send payment, and I got a $25 delinquency charge. No way to fix it on the website or the app. Had to call a human during business hours. He quickly reversed the charge, but that call shouldn’t have been necessary.
