It’s no wonder people cut the cord with @CoxComm for services when their customer service is less than desirable or friendly. Just reaffirms why I went to change my service and keep shopping around.

i made an IGTV about transcending lack/victim mentality but our wifi has been broken for 6 months (and @CoxHelp is taking their sweet SWEET time) and the video won’t upload. so i start getting frustrated and tylor just looks at me and goes:

Had to end another twitch stream due to completely losing upload for minutes at a time over and over. Fix this @CoxHelp @CoxComm when you send your “tech specialist team” this week. I’ll be tweeting about this daily until fixed. So annoyed and frustrated!

@CoxHelp I doubt it's an outage. I was told my router isn't receiving signal. However, it was working just fine the night before. It's frustrating. And then I was told a tech is coming out. And that I'll be charge if it's not a box issue. Clearly, it's a Cox issue!

@Zombie10k @kim I’ve only had internet for years but @CoxHelp has ratcheted my price up to almost $100/month for flaky service.I was considering leaving for awhile anyway and @clrede pays half as much for DSL so with this I think I’m done even with their internet service.
