@CoxHelp The DVR and this is one too many times with this sh*t technology you lease from Comcast and call Contour. The only Contour it has is it fits your ass. I'm going to business ISP, cut the cable TV and get my home security from ADT. Done with you Cox.

@CoxHelp you guys were no help and you want to charge me $75 just because a tech had to come out and check the outside cables. They never checked anything inside and said it was the cables in the apartment causing the poor connection.

@CoxHelp Um, you don't seem to understand. I'm an ex customer now I have had more Cox techs here in the last 5 years than I can count, including the 8 day outage because your people had not told your techs of a software upgrade gone wrong. And on my 4th DVR.

@CoxHelp Well, I called to cancel service and your representative says they need the pin for them to do so. I have only online statements that mark out the Cox pin on the bill. I’ve paid $240.00 a month for over an year. Every time I called to change the amount of my bill. It was a no go
