@CoxComm when I go through my @Nextdoor app there are multiple people who always complain about the internet in our area. I'm fairly certain that if any other service provider wanted to come in and offer something better most of the neighborhood would switch in a heartbeat.

@CoxHelp I’ve already rest the modem and the online chat service confirmed it’s a local outage. Outages such as these should be communicated more clearly. It wasn’t on my dashboard when I logged in, I had to spend almost an hour talking to the slowest chat ever to learn of it.

@CoxComm I am disappointed. I have to agree to “possibly” paying a technician to come out and determine that COX has an issue with their servers when my internet and EVERYTHING IN MY HOUSE IS CONNECTED AND SHOWS THERE IS NOTHING WRONG EXCEPT THE SERVICE BEING OFF.
