@CoxHelp You can set up a system for customers to opt in for outage notifications like you do billing. Let’s not try a canned message when I am giving an ernest suggestion for notification improvements so you don’t have piss off customers

@ReganInAZ @rez_devil @CoxComm It’s a new build, 1yr old. Fiber is solid. I think it’s with our modem/router. Solved the problem when we split to a 5ghz and 2ghz networks. The 5 is the one that sucks and drops, but unfortunately the one our devices default to connecting to.

@CoxHelp I mean you guys definitely didn’t fix the problem.. technically there’s still a major issue. You should look into why people can’t log into their tv apps though the provider option while two step verification is on.

So much better than Century Link, but our newest Cox service is so much worse in our house… new build, single story, better “level of service” but quality worse than my service in the basem*nt of a 20yr old home.
